Answer: RangamWorks is a no cost service (free to you). We will never ask you to pay anything…but finding the right job for you will take some of your time. For you to have the greatest chance of landing a job you want, it will take some effort on your part. Those that put in the effort are the people who end up with an amazing success story to tell their friends and family!
Answer: The pay and benefits depend on the job and the company. Some jobs offer good pay and benefits like Anthem health care, while others might have different perks. Make sure to read the job details to see what's included. You can also have a Talent Manager help you understand those details if needed.
Answer: It's always best to be honest. If that is an issue at home, or you think an employer will find something in your background check, it's good to tell them first. Also, please let RangamWorks know too. We cannot help if we don't know about it. Our partner companies understand that we help people who have faced challenges in finding jobs. They're ready to work with us to overcome those barriers. But, if you don't tell them and they find out later, it could be a problem.
Answer: It's up to you to decide if you want to tell your employer about your disability. But sharing can help you get the support you need at work. This helps both you and your employer. There are laws like the Americans with Disabilities Act that protect your rights. You can learn more about this by searching for disability employment rights online.

- Resume: Having a current resume helps us find jobs that match your experience and prove to employers that you can do the job.
- Skills and Experience: Telling us about your skills and past work helps us find jobs that are just right for you. Sometimes that is even jobs that you have the skills to do, but maybe never thought about. That's why we are employment experts!
- Job Interests: These let us know what you're looking for in a job, like the type of work, pay, and schedule you prefer. This helps us tailor the job search to your needs. So, if you haven't already, go ahead and fill our interest survey. This will help you, and our Talent Managers, know what kind of jobs interest you the most.
