Work Model: Middletown, PA Onsite Preferred (Remote may be considered if local talent is unavailable)

Shift time: 06.00 AM till 02.00 PM EST

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AS9 ERP is preferred.
• Candidates with SAP experience will also be considered.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or planning environments is beneficial.

Supply Scheduler:

• Required to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7-10 years (Preferred)
• experience with developing project schedules in P3.
• Required to have 5+ years experience in developing and updating project schedules, performing resource loading as might be required in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate supply practices with work management and master scheduling activities
• Coordinate with work control and procurement to ensure timely supplier notification of schedule changes
• Communicate schedule dates, lead-time information, and contingency planning to stakeholders
• Validate demand for materials and services in the master schedule
• Manage scheduling priorities to support day-to-day operations, outages, and schedule changes
• Update tracking systems to maintain accurate supply and work control information
• Support emergency response activities as assigned

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 years of experience in supply chain, scheduling, or related field (or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Data analysis experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Knowledge of supply chain management systems
• Experience in power generation or energy industry
