Description
Work Model: Middletown, PA Onsite Preferred (Remote may be considered if local talent is unavailable)
Shift time: 06.00 AM till 02.00 PM EST
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of scheduling experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AS9 ERP is preferred.
- Candidates with SAP experience will also be considered.
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or planning environments is beneficial.
Supply Scheduler:
- Required to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7-10 years (Preferred)
- experience with developing project schedules in P3.
- Required to have 5+ years experience in developing and updating project schedules, performing resource loading as might be required in a construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Integrate supply practices with work management and master scheduling activities
- Coordinate with work control and procurement to ensure timely supplier notification of schedule changes
- Communicate schedule dates, lead-time information, and contingency planning to stakeholders
- Validate demand for materials and services in the master schedule
- Manage scheduling priorities to support day-to-day operations, outages, and schedule changes
- Update tracking systems to maintain accurate supply and work control information
- Support emergency response activities as assigned
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 years of experience in supply chain, scheduling, or related field (or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Data analysis experience
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems
- Experience in power generation or energy industry
