IT Innovation Market Research Analyst

What You'll Do

• As a contractor supporting the IT Innovation Group , you will focus on executing landscape assessments, startups mapping, and tech due-diligence to identify and assess the best startups for us to partner with.
• You will work closely with the GTI group to ensure continuity of the innovation pipeline during this temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct landscape assessments and prepare startups mappings according to identified needs
• Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups
• Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities
• Document and report findings clearly to support the team's decision-making

Requirements

• Software engineering / computer science degree is a must
• Well versed in technology, familiar with market trends and key players
• Ability to conduct tech due diligence in a broad range of areas
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills, fast learner
• Ability to think strategically and translate to actions to 'get things done'
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices

• Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (8 working hours/day, 40 hours/week).
• Some flexibility on start/end times is acceptable as long as core hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET) are covered.
• This role is eligible for hybrid work arrangement, subject to alignment with the team's schedule and business needs.
