Digital Partnerships Specialist
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Role Summary
- The Digital Partnership Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day success of third-party broker partnerships.
- This position is responsible for automating routine processes, analyzing partner data for accuracy, systematically updating and validating partner data, and providing comprehensive support to the broker partnership team.
- The Specialist will leverage technical expertise to streamline workflows, maintain effective communication, track open broker projects to ensure timely progress, and help drive scalable growth aligned with organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining timelines, task lists, and deadlines for new digital brokers, assisting in automating tracking and any necessary routine communications
- Serve as a point of contact for broker support needs, routing issues to the place and tracking resolution through to closure.
- Support broker integration health by monitoring errors and issues, coordinating troubleshooting with IT and broker team, and helping maintain visibility through dashboards and recurring reporting
- Assist with broker API regression testing and proactive alerting/triage failures or schema changes to improve reliability.
- Perform recurring data validation and exception handling for partner enrollments and reporting, reducing manual rework and improving accuracy.
- Support commission reporting workflows by identifying discrepancies, coordinating corrections, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
- Triage and route partner-related customer care issues and complaints; coordinate investigation and response with internal teams to protect customer experience and meet SL.As.
- Support partner reviews processes, maintain templated responses for common scenarios where appropriate, automating as needed.
- Support lead intake through qualification, routing, and partner onboarding support; maintain dashboards and visibility into lead status and partner performance.
- Identify recurring broker pain points and Implement improvements (automation, standard workflows, templates, self-service reporting) to increase scalability and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related discipline
- 3+ years in support role or similar
- 2+ years working directly with Al, machine learning, data-driven products to automate key processes
- Proficiency with Al workflow orchestration or automation tools (eg, Power Automate or similar)
- Familiarity with APIs/integration monitoring concepts and issue triage workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze data, identify trend
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML foundations
- Experience with KPI and value-tracking dashboards
- Experience with automating and supporting data reconciliation, exception reporting, commissions/billing support, or operational audit processes
- Proficiency in artificial intelligence, data literacy, change programs
- Professional Certifications not all required but will be considered favorably
