Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Global Marketing and US Commercial teams with data-driven insights and strategic market analysis.
- This role will assist in building market share reports with executive visibility, analyzing sales and marketing data, maintaining market models, and supporting market research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate, categorize and analyze market, sales and healthcare claims data; Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly market and share tracking reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel or PowerBI.
- Assist in the update of market forecast models and identity historical and future trends for the annual strategic and business planning.
- Support ad hoc projects and research on market, competition and sales analytics
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights.
- Strong project management skills and can drive collaboration and coordination cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including experience with Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
- Experience with business Intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with diagnostics, medical device or healthcare database and tools like IQVIA, Clarivate, Nielsen or Circana is a plus.
- Experience with market modeling
- Experience with competitive intelligence methodologies and tools.
