We are seeking an experienced Project Executive for a temporary assignment.

  • In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with client’s strategic objectives.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and proactively address risks to achieve successful outcomes.
  • As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide regular updates and facilitate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a large technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities        

  • Manage sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of contingent workers (contractors, vendors, independent contractors)
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and client standards
  • Support managers and teams with contingent workforce processes and training
  • Oversee vendor management, assignment tracking, and data/reporting
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience
  • Act as main point of contact for contingent workforce issues and support requests

Certain project that team is working on / what products are they supporting     

  • Global standardization of contractor sourcing and management (PRO Unlimited partnership, Wand VMS rollout)
  • Data enrichment and consolidation for contingent worker assignments (CSC system integration)
  • Integration and automation projects: Workday, Archibus, WAND, ADP, and other HR/payroll systems
  • Headcount tracking and reporting enhancements for contingent workforce
  • Training and support initiatives (Peeps Office Hours, manager trainings)

What are the most significant challenges that the ideal candidate should be prepared to address in this role?      

  • Lack of consistency in processes and outputs.
  • Need for someone who can diligently track follow-ups and stay on top of outstanding tasks.
  • Significant volume of written material being produced, requiring strong editing skills.
  • Very high expectations for quality and attention to detail in all written communications.
