Job Description
Seeking a skilled program manager to lead and execute complex operational initiatives for retail product launches. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program management, from planning and execution to delivery and optimization, ensuring successful launches and sustained operational excellence. This role will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines and resources, and establish scalable processes to support retail growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining detailed retail operational processes, setting Rx sales requirements, and establishing clear metrics to measure success and progress.
- Facilitate workshops and gather feature-level requirements, using these insights to inform business strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies, ensuring operational plans are fully aligned with broader business objectives and timelines.
- Lead efforts to expand Rx product sales into new domestic and international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adapting operational strategies to meet specific market needs.
- Monitor and report on program progress, proactively manage project risks, track action items, and resolve issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate decision reviews on open process designs and business models across teams, documenting decisions, impacts to requirements, and ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure effective program execution, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
- Provide including regular project and program updates, key decisions, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in program management, retail, or healthcare operations.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and partners.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Background in multi-channel sales for consumer hardware/software.
- Experience working within retail operations and/or optical retail .
