Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Operations & Data Support Specialist. This hybrid role combines data entry, light analysis, and customer service support. You will work closely with internal utility teams and other departments to manage incoming queries and ensure accurate, timely data handling.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer or internal queries via email and other channels.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel and other tools.

Collaborate with utility and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Support basic analytical tasks to help inform decisions and improve processes.

Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with customers.
Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, or an analyst role.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Associate degree required.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filters, basic formulas).

Proficiency with MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Nice to Have:

Experience in the utilities industry or with utility customers.

Familiarity with handling large data sets or project-based work.
