Description

Summary

  • Client is looking for a motivated individual with good self-direction and technical capabilities to join our small, but growing company.
  • A Fulfillment Associate helps prepare and ship Client industrial IT networking platforms and software license keys for customer delivery.
  • They also learn about and help with hardware testing, quality assurance testing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and ongoing business process documentation.
  • As an Fulfillment associate, you will be responsible for the reimaging Airwalls, refurbishing returned airwalls, maintaining inventory organization, managing the data entry for asset tracking, and fulfilling sales orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hardware platforms for customer shipment, which includes installing software, running hardware test automation, and light manufacturing assembly.
  • Pack and ship customer orders.
  • Learn international shipping terminology and procedures, including proper HTS coding, and Customs and bill of landing documentation.
  • Assist with general warehouse operations, such as inventory organization and inventory cycle counts.
  • Strictly following warehouse and workbench best practices and procedures for safety and organization.
  • Receive returned units back into inventory and refurbish said units to like new condition.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently, focusing on effective communication and being flexible when the team must adjust workloads on the fly
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to maintain consistency under pressure
  • Familiarity with hardware specifications and electronics assembly
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP Networking is helpful
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear steel toe shoes
