Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday

4 10 hour days
6am-430pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Executes filed service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS- FORMAL EDUCATION:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to obtain TWIC card.
  • Technical experience. Experience with Microsoft office including smart devises.
  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability.
  • Able to pass a credit check.
  • Able to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to operate a company vehicle.
  • Able to pass driver requirements which include:
  • Driver Application for Employment.
  • Driver Disclosure and Release.
  • Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement.
  • FMCSA Certificate of Awareness. Driver Certificate of Violations.
  • Driver Statement of On Duty Hours. Road Test.
  • Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back).
  • Copy of Medical Certificate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
  • Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • May work indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.
  • May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required.
  • May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
  • Work surfaces may include concrete.
  • Employee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
  • Some travel to other locations, meetings and/or seminars is required.
  • 1-3 years experience

 

  • Ensuring the readiness of power equipment, tracking/upkeep equipment
  • Inventory, hands on exercising and turning of water valves and fire hydrants using hand tools and power tools
  • General small engine maintenance
