Role Overview:
The Administrative Clerk will support day-to-day office operations, focusing on calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and general administrative duties. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a front-facing presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars for team members or leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Arrange domestic/international travel and prepare related documentation.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors and staff inquiries.
- Support general office operations as needed.
