Business Analyst

Description

Hybrid: Onsite every Wednesday in De Pere, WI, rest remote

Support Sales & Sales Support teams with data accuracy, monitoring, and process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ yrs combination of education and relevant work experience
• Attention to Detail (Contract Review)
• Analytical Skills (analyze data and identify patterns and trends)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with internal and external parties as required.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution
• Strong computer background/experience, including Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to operate independently with guidance from manager

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills (internal & external)
• High attention to detail (especially contract review)
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work independently with manager guidance

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the energy industry (natural gas focus is a plus)
• Exposure to DocuSign
• SQL and data analytics tools (Power BI, etc.)

Experience Required

• 4–5 years in a corporate environment
