Description

Looking for Sr. Associate Scientist to Scientist level candidate, with hands-on experience performing cell-based assays, analyzing data, and performing general biology lab tasks.

 

Role Summary:

  • The candidate will join an interdisciplinary and highly collaborative team to support and advance our preclinical ADC pipeline.
  • The ideal candidate will have direct, hand-on experience performing in vitro cell-based assays.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and ADC payloads
  • Data analysis and presentation of results
  • Provide general operational support for team, including inventory of common lab supplies, waste management, and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Comply with all safety training and good laboratory practices

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience with cell culture and cell-based assays
  • Experience with experimental design and interpretation of results
  • Ability to use appropriate software to perform data analysis
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software

 

 

Hard Skills:

  • Mammalian Cell Culture
  • In Vitro Assays
  • Cell-based assays

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Power point/Excel/Word
  • Presentation of Data to internal stake holders
  • Familiarity with data systems (GraphPad Prism)
