About the Role
- This contingent position will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and verification of critical regulatory documentation and systems to support the Agricultural Solutions (AP) businesses in North America.
- This role ensures compliance with California Proposition 65, Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and other relevant North American regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with the California Proposition 65 regulation.
- Verify that client Safety Data Sheets (SDS) published on external partner websites are current and match internal records. Communicate with external partners to assist with updating information.
- Manage daily manual SDS distribution through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Compare product labels with SDS prior to printing and document any discrepancies or required changes.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Sciences, or other technical discipline.
- Experience in SAP, or the ability to quickly acquire SAP proficiency is required.
- Relevant experience working in a Regulated or EHS environment, preferably FIFRA and/or GHS.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data maintenance, tracking and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of FIFRA, TSCA, and California Proposition 65 regulations.
- Experience with SAP systems and script writing for automation or data processing.
