Summary

A Senior Construction Manager specializing in Transmission & Substation projects is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction activities related to electrical transmission and substation projects.

Responsibilities may include

• Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Procuring materials, equipment, and services for transmission and substation projects.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
• Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
